Project Approach
GSS adopted a meticulous approach tailored to the unique demands of the hospitality sector. Extensive on-site surveys and interviews with key operational staff were conducted, delving into critical aspects such as guest access points, traffic flow within premises, identification of sensitive areas, challenges in guest and contractor management, local environmental conditions, and health and safety considerations. The finalized integrated security systems design, seamlessly incorporating contractual details, was then released for tender.
