Project Management
Upon the appointment of a contractor for security works, GSS takes charge, providing effective oversight throughout project implementation. We start by confirming project documentation and reporting protocols, conducting a thorough review of the contractor's design drawings, related documentation, and materials for approval submission. As works commence on-site, GSS manages contractor meetings, performs inspections, coordinates with other project disciplines, provides necessary approvals, and prepares detailed project briefings. Our commitment to assessing quality and performance at every stage minimizes the need for remedial work and costly delays, ensuring the project is delivered on time, to specification, and within budget.
System Testing & Handover
GSS takes a meticulous approach to system testing and handover. Upon completion of all contractor installation and commissioning works, we conduct Site Acceptance Testing to confirm that the installed security systems meet the key performance parameters outlined in the original system specifications. Our methodology evaluates security system performance objectively and repeatably, replicating real-life scenarios as closely as possible. We scrutinize the functioning of individual system components both independently and as part of an integrated security solution. Only when it's confirmed that the system meets the expected level of performance will we grant approval.
